Nuovo Week end di riprese.

Dopo uno stop tecnico di un paio di settimane siamo oggi e domani impegnati nelle riprese di ben quattro scene. Una già realizzata stamattina sotto un sole feroce, con la partecipazione di Federico Bava nella parte del direttore del Supermercato Colombia. Un paio di persone nel bagagliaio della Capri rischiano di fare una brutta fine. Stasera esterna notturna e domani diurna interna per completare le scene iniziate il 10 giugno, il bagno del Caramamma.

New weekend of shooting

After a technical stop for a couple of weeks now and tomorrow we are engaged in shooting of four scenes. One of them already realized this morning under a fierce sun, with the participation of Federico Bava in the Director of Supermarket Colombia. A couple of people in the trunk of Capri are likely to end up badly. Tonight night external and tomorrow inside to complete the scenes started on June 10, the bathroom of the nightclub Caramamma..

Terza giornata di riprese.

Oggi avrebbe dovuto piovere. Invece no. Qualche nuvoletta ma per lo più sole, sole, sole e canicola. Un caldo bestiale che mi ha lasciato una ustione dei tempi migliori a collo, braccia, testa e faccia. Ma alla fine abbiamo portato a casa tre scene, tutte esterne, tutte con la mitica Ford Capri Mk1 del 1972 arancione a strisce bianche. E per finire anche qualche bel camera car. E durante il camera car si è affiancata un'auto alla Capri e gli occupanti hanno urlato ad Alex Lucchesi e Luca Ghignone "siete troppo fighi!"

3th shooting day.
Today was supposed to rain. But no. Some cloud but mostly sun, sun, sun and heat. A frightfully hot that left me a burn of the best times in the neck, arms, head and face. But in the end we brought home three scenes, all exterior, all with the legendary 1972 Ford Capri Mk1 orange with white stripes. And finally, also some lovely camera car. And during the camera car shooting the Ford Capri has been joined by car and the occupants shouted to Alex Lucchesi and Luca Ghignone "You are too cool!"

Ringrazio tutti gli elementi della troupe che hanno partecipato e lavorato alla realizzazione del progetto, dalle scenografie alla fotografia alle edizioni. Senza il loro prezioso aiuto il lavoro non si potrebbe fare. Domani si fa il bis e si gira la scena dei bagni.

La ripartenza.

Quattro giorni appena di vacanza in quel di Londra e nuovamente appena tornati si riparte fra i problemi e la ricerca di soluzioni della produzione.

Just four days of vacation in London and then again between the problems of the production.

La visione delle prime immagini girate è confortante, molto confortante. Il fatto che il Macintosh ormai datato non ce la faccia a farle girare fluidamente conforta meno. Si presentano due alternative. Si riduce la risoluzione delle immagini portandola all'HDV (1440 x 1080) oppure si tengono in Full HD (1920 x 1080) e si cambia il computer. La decisione in entrambi i casi è seccante ma probabilmente di opterà per l'esborso del danaro per un Mac nuovo.

The vision of the first footage is comforting, very comforting. The fact that the old Macintosh not get done to make them run smoothly is less comforting. We have two alternatives. We can reduce the image resolution bringing it to HDV (1440 x 1080) or keep them in Full HD (1920 x 1080) and change the computer. The decision in both instances is annoying but probably will opt for the disbursement of money for a new Mac.
